Welcome to our elegant 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury villa in the heart of Vancouverâs prestigious Dunbar neighborhood. This spacious three-level home offers over 3,000 square feet of living space and is ideal for families, executive travelers, and groups seeking comfort, privacy, and convenience.
The home features four bedrooms on the upper floor, including a king-size master with a crib and three queen-size rooms, each thoughtfully furnished for restful sleep. The main level includes a bright open-concept living and dining space, a full kitchen, and a home office that converts to a reading room with a single sofabed.
Enjoy family-friendly amenities including a fenced backyard with a trampoline, basketball hoop, and seasonal blueberry bushes. The house also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, blackout curtains, heated bathroom floors, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and more.
