Welcome to Papakea C209, your serene home away from home on Maui! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom garden-view condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a plush king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living areaâperfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. This unit offers a brand new split ac system in the living room and in the bedroom in addition to the ceiling fans to stay cool.
Enjoy the convenience of a full-sized kitchen with all the appliances you need to whip up your favorite meals. For added comfort and ease, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryerâideal for longer stays or post-beach refreshes. Step out onto your private lanai and take in peaceful garden and ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of island adventures. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and island charm at Papakea C209.
*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo has already completed the repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***
Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free.
Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is $25 per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of $5 per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.
My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.
