Check-in is at 3PM, and check-out is at 11AM. The apartment is entirely yours during your stay. There will be a guest manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. * NO SMOKING INSIDE * There is no smoking or illegal substances of any kind inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
You will receive access cards to shared amenities of the facility. Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 300 per card.
If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour from 11am up until 1 pm, after 2pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
