**Summer Rentals July-Aug are Weekly, Saturday to Saturday Only**
Looking for a sparkling rental for your family? Welcome to the perfect spot in Ship Bottom, on a quiet block that is in close proximity to all you need on LBI. The unit has been lovingly updated, with nearly everything brand new in 2025 - beds, furniture, kitchen supplies, TV, outdoor grill, etc. There are even new mini-split A/C units in each bedroom for optimal comfort in the summer heat. This light and airy 2 bed/1 bath is ideal for small families, with a queen-sized bed, 2 twin-sized beds, and a queen-sized pullout sofa with Serta mattress. Just a short 5 minute walk to the bay beach and playground or 6 minutes to the ocean (with ADA compliant entryway), this location is the best of both worlds. Our street is 1 of only 4 in Ship Bottom with bay beach access, and 1 of 2 with ADA compliant entries! There is a huge shared backyard with new gas grill and picnic area, as well as a newly renovated bottom Trex deck and outdoor shower for your private use. You can literally walk to the Bank of America (the only BOA on the island!), Ship Bottom municipal complex, numerous restaurants, shops, and mini golf courses. Two designated off-street parking spaces for your private use, as well as plenty of on-street parking make this a great spot for friends to visit for the day as well. Includes use of 4 beach chairs and 4 badges that work at both bay and beach during your stay.
Our unit features a relaxed, minimalist coastal vibe with high-quality interiors - all real wood furniture, down-filled custom Sunbrella sofa, and decorative fireplace. The kitchen includes a brand new set of resilient Corelle dishware, stainless steel mixing bowls, glass cooking/storage Snapware, Cuisinart knives, brand new toaster/coffee pot/electric kettle, easy-to-clean ceramic cookware, all new glassware/silverware/cooking utensils, and even a full set of kid-friendly wheat straw dishware and cups (also perfect for eating on the deck!). With easy access on and off the island, you won't want to miss the opportunity to book for this summer and start your island vacation right away! It's truly your LBI DREAM COME TRUE.
Includes highspeed Wifi, Roku Live Streaming, and Smart-TV capabilities to log in to all your favorite streaming apps. We supply blankets and pillows, as well as a starter kit for your stay, with laundry detergent pods, dish soap/pods, paper towels, and toilet paper. Most rentals on LBI request you bring your own!

Varför värden valde detta boende
This duplex is in the heart of Ship Bottom, so you can walk to anything you need (bank, restaurants/bars, shops, amusements), but especially the beautiful bay beach/playground and beach (within 5-6 minute walk). Our street also is one of only 2 ADA compliant entryways in Ship Bottom. Our home also features easy access on and off the island - you don't even need to drive on the main boulevard to get to it - that means more time for you and less time in traffic!
We are perfectly situated close enough to where the fun is, but far enough away for a calming and peaceful retreat.

We have lovingly updated almost everything in this unit in 2025 - new furniture, beds, kitchen supplies, you name it. Also, with only 2 bedrooms, you aren't stuck paying for a third that you don't need (3BR units are far more common on the island)! At 800 square feet, our place is just as big as most 3 bedrooms on the island, which means more room to spread out. Enjoy sunsets on the back deck, grill up some fresh seafood, or just chill out on our down-filled sofa.
The vibe is coastal but minimal, and we think it's just a great place to be.
