BEWARE!!! Stay away from this place!!! This place is absolutely disgusting. My family booked this apartment for three nights and lasted one night. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was the horrible smell inside the apartment. There is no air ventilation and no air conditioner which would be nice during the summer. The floors were not swept or mopped. The bottom of my feet were black within a minute walking barefoot. There are bugs all over the floors and every corner. There are loose floor boards by the kitchen sink which looks like it might be from water damage and not properly addressed by the owner. The fridge is dirty and full of mold. Absolutely disgusting! Food was stuck to the ceiling. The kitchen cabinets are all stained and not properly cleaned. The pots and all dishes were dirty and smelled moldy. Most light switches were dirty. Framing around all the doors are very dirty, a specially in the bathroom. The couch was full of dirt and hair. It is clear that this property is not properly cleaned and maintained. It takes time for mold to grow. We didnât trust or feel confident that the owner would address all the issues while staying there. The owner thinks that these were minor issues. Mold is not a minor issue. It is clear that this property is properly cleaned and maintained. It is a complete disgrace to present a property this way and to think that it is ok. The owner should really hold up to higher standards.
