Newly renovated, fully furnished, and impeccably designed, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin is one of three Beach Road Cabins conveniently located on the southeast edge of Lake George in a quiet residential enclave that is a short walk from Million Dollar Beach, Usher Park, Lake George Village, and popular restaurants.
With a design inspired by maritime signal flags, this cabin makes you feel close to the water and the beach.
It can accommodate up to four people: one bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet; the other bedroom has two twin beds; and the sleeper sofa has a queen mattress.
The bathroom has a shower with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pass-through window to the dining nook, which is swimming in light because of the large windows that surround it. And the living area, even with its cathedral ceilings, feels intimate and cozy.
Central air will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Parking is available for two vehicles.
The property has three separate cabins; one cabin is a studio and the other cabin is a two bed/two bath. Check out their listings or contact us if you are interested in renting all three cabins. The maximum number of guests across all the cabins is ten, and discounts are available.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we prefer a three-night minimum. Discounts are also available for month-long reservations.
The cabin is conveniently located within walking distance of many great activities and restaurants in Lake George, including Million Dollar Beach and the Village of Lake George. It is situated between the Adirondacks and Saratoga Springs.
Guests have access to the entire cabin and share the outside lawn space with the two other cabins on the property.
Once you book with us you will receive an email with our rental agreement. Please make sure to sign that. Thank you for following these rules, which are summarized here from the Rental Agreement:
1. Please keep the property clean and please do not rearrange the furniture.
2. Please place garbage in garbage cans (if the trash or recycling cans are full, bags can be brought to the respective containers located near the parking area).
3. No unregistered guests or exceeding the number of permitted occupants.
4. Use only your allotted parking spaces.
5. We have great neighbors and we appreciate you respecting them, including by staying off their property.
6. Please keep noise to a reasonable volume. Quiet hours in the Town of Lake George are from 10pm to 8am.
7. No special events, large social gatherings, or parties.
8. To help conserve electricity, please turn off the AC when you go out.
9. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer for personal clothingâbut please donât forget to clean the dyer lint filter after each use.
10. No smoking of any kind.
11. No illegal activity, including use of illegal substances.
12. Please do not tamper with or disable the outside security cameras.
13. No candles or open flames.
14. If you are approved to bring a pet, please clean up after them (including from the yard) and please use your best efforts to keep them off furniture.
15. Use extra caution with lofts/ladders, bunk beds, porches, and stairs.
16. No barbecuing or grilling on any porch.
17. To help us get ready for our next guests, we appreciate you following the departure instructions and departing by check-out time.
