Cozy cottage nestled in the family friendly neighborhood of "Lakeside" in Muskegon.
In a very walkable or bikeable area, journey to the nearby paved trails along the Muskegon Lake shoreline and visit the beach, golf club, hiking paths & dunes, or hit the downtown!
The fun doesn't stop in the Lakeside community with a retro style donut shop, Wood Fired Pizza shop, Tap Room and Distillery nearby. We are also just 3.8 miles from Pere Marquette Beach, a contender for the #1 beach in all of Michigan in 2025 from USA Today!
Come back and relax after a day out adventuring and focus on what matters most!

- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
