We had a pleasant stay. The campground is well maintained and conveniently located. The campground staff was helpful and accommodating. The host, Rebecca, was also very helpful and responsive. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Fabulous stay! Right on the water. Extremely clean property. Fully functional kitchen and BBQ. Kayaks on the beach to explore the mangroves. Publix within walking distance. Highly recommended!

This was indeed a gem of a stay! From location to check-in and our cute home for these few days. Got to catch a little red snapper from our private deck and we got greeted by a Manatee or two almost everyday, it was indeed a very special few days. Will definitely recommend this gem ! Hopefully we will get to see it again next year

This place is cute inside and out! It was also a lot bigger than I expected. SUPER clean and we loved the outdoor space and access to kayaks. Lots to see when kayaking. The bedroom fan was amazing. It’s like a hurricane and does not make any noise! The bed is comfy. Neighbors are super nice! Plenty of towels and bug spray provided. The grill is great and cooks even. My ONLY complaint is the toilet seat does not come close to covering the toilet bowl.

This was such a great spot for us at Livin Nauti to bring our boat and have a great back deck to enjoy after a day of fishing. The house was a great space and very clean. The kitchen and grill had all the utensils we needed. We love the Kampground as it offers a sense of security being in a gated community. Our host was super responsive with any questions we had during our stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Cute little place right on the backwaters. Easy check-in if you follow the guidelines. We had no issue and the Kampground personnel were friendly. Host was easy to connect with. We only rated it good instead of excellent because of the pillow options and the mattress comfort. Those pillows are WAY too puffy and stiff that I ended up using the decorative pillow to sleep on. There were no other options available in the home. It absolutely did not ruin our trip, but it is worth a mention. To be fair, I did not ask the host about off site options. Our trip was mostly a rainout unfortunately. But I did get to use the kayak one time! It was pleasant. And the pool was closed the entire visit for repairs. I was definitely hoping to use the pool but couldn’t. That was a bit of a let down and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. September is apparently off season. The Kampground is almost too quiet for our liking. I’m glad I stayed here but overall it is not my cup of tea to stay in a place like this in the future. Again, no fault of the host at all, it’s just our preference.

Adorable home, great outdoor area, home was equipped with almost everything we needed. Loved being able to access one of the 2 person kayaks most days as well! Publix grocery store as well as a shopping area are a short drive/walk away. My only complaint was that all of the pillows were VERY big and being a small person, I couldn’t sleep with any of them. Luckily there was a TJMaxx in the shopping center nearby that sold pillows. I found one that was more comfortable for me and left it behind for the next person that might like less bulk in their pillow. ;) Would definitely stay here again.

Great time with family

The property was pristine, equipped with all the necessary household items, very well cleaned. We received a beautiful welcome basket. The location was excellent really easy to go out to the Oceanside, the Kampgrounds have many amenities including a pool, kayaks, 2 beaches, ice machines. The property manager Rebecca very communicative and a great resource. We will definitely be back again!

Great little spot

Clean with everything you need to have a good time. We dragged our boat down and left it in the water behind the property. Everything was clean and new. The pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable but it's a pull out couch. Great times and would stay again.
