The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a Smart TV with streaming services, a comfortable sofa, a chair, and a fireplace. There is direct access to the deck from the living room.
The kitchen includes all the essentials and more: utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Guests are welcome to use any supplies in the fridge, making meal preparation a breeze.
The bedrooms offer cozy queen-sized beds and a dresser, and a closet with hangers for your belongings. The bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner, fresh towels, and includes a hair dryer for your convenience.
The spacious elevated deck was replaced 2 years ago. There are chairs, a table, and umbrella. Perfect for all your meals and stargazing in the evening.
There is a large yard and access to 17 acres of woods where you can explore and hike. If you'r bringing your dog be aware that the yard is not fenced.

We are from NYC and spent several years renting in upstate NY. After staying at several towns, Margaretville was our favorite. In the city, we own a martial arts studio and work in real estate.

We love the serenity and friendliness of Margaretville. It's close to the supermarket and several cute shops. There are a ton of hiking spots nearby and along the way. Belleaire ski resort is 20 minutes away as well.
