Family Room: This modern family room features a spacious, light gray leather sectional sofa with automatic recliner seats. The space is brightened by high ceilings and large windows that showcase the lush greenery outside. This room has a workspace with dual monitors and an electronic standing desk. There is a mounted 65” Smart TV and a Full Size Murphy Bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. It’s the perfect place to snuggle up and watch movies or a big game.

Living Room: This inviting tropical-themed living room features two very comfortable sofas, a storage ottoman, and a mounted 55” Smart TV. Sliding doors lead to the patio and pool area. It’s a great place to relax, play games, and reminisce about your adventures of the day.

The lanai provides protection from insects while you enjoy the beautiful views and what nature has to offer. Outdoor shower area is also available for our guests. Palm Coast observes a quiet hour so we ask our guest to observe it as well 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Your safety matters - Although this is a quiet neighborhood, this property features front and side-facing exterior security cameras. There are no interior cameras or cameras in the pool area. These cameras record sounds and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay.
