The shower door position poses a problem and makes showering difficult. The home and furniture could have been much cleaner. The neighborhood is rough. My family did not feel safe.

Clean and comfortable rental that was well located for public transit into central Seattle. Really well located for local attractions such as Green Lake Park and the Zoo. The overall neighbourhood seemed quiet, but the rental itself was fairly close to a main road, the immediate vicinity of which which we did not feel comfortable venturing near at night. Well appointed kitchen in terms of applicances, but most of the pans didn't work on the induction hob.

Location:Quick access to Fred Hutch Medical, residential walking away from Auroa St. recommended with service K-9. Quiet at night. Newer place so all items seem fresh. Yard was great for dog & relatively clean prior. Problem was with the shower door it was installed incorrectly (opens towards inside with minimal area to access)not ADA, not recommended for children or large people until corrected or shower is used with door open. Overall I would recommend & would stay again.

It would have been nice to have more washcloths. We only found 2 and the make up one. There was 3 of us. The bathroom light over the sink went out. That showed that all 3 glass globes were extremely in need of cleaning. Also the shower is very hard to enter and close the door. A bigger person would not be able to get in and then close the door. Everything else appeared fine.

The only issue is the shower door is not correct, I found that I had to shower with the door open. It was the only way you could actually use it. I put towels down for the over spray. Overall I give this accommodation 95%. Having the garage was a bonus.
