Brand-new 3-bedroom house within walking distance to downtown Stillwater!
Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Stillwater! This 3 bed, 2 bath home offers modern comfort in a prime location- within walking distance of Main Street and Stonecloud Brewery. You'll love the convenience and charm this space offers.
Two bedrooms offer a queen bed and full closet. The third bedroom is a twin bunk bed with a trundle attached for additional usage.
With a functional kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, it's the perfect spot for families, friends, or a work trip!
Two bedrooms have queen beds and spacious closets. A third bedroom offers a bunk bed with an additional twin trundle for extra usage. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The master bedroom has an iron if your clothes need ironed, and an ironing board is available next to the washer/dryer.
There are two bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. A hair dryer is located in the South bathroom. A first aid kit is located in the North bathroom.
The couch in the living room has a pull-out option if needed. The TV is Roku enabled with access to any streaming services you subscribe to. There are puzzles and games for your enjoyment in the console below the TV.
A full-size washer and dryer are available during your stay.

The entire home is available to you during your stay. There is a closet outside on the back porch that is restricted and locked.
A guest book is available in the living room on the console below the TV for any and all information that you'll need during your stay.

I'm from the Stillwater area and own multiple local businesses. My husband and I have been in the real estate game for a few years now, mainly with long-term rentals. I've really enjoyed being able to design and furnish our short-term rental, and add personal touches during our guest's stay to make their trip that much better.
