Welcome to our large and clean two-story home in Homesteader, Edmonton. Perfectly located minutes away from the Yellowhead and Antony Henday, this beautifully designed property features high-end finishes, an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, and a main-floor office with French doors for added convenience.
⫸ Bedrooms: This home offers a spacious master suite with a king-size bed and private ensuite, plus two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and another with a twin. A sofa bed in the bonus room provides extra sleeping space for two additional guests.
⫸ Parking: A double attached garage and double driveway parking are included.
⫸ TV and Internet: Enjoy lightning-fast 500 MBPS internet. A 55-inch Roku TV is available in the living room, where guests can log in to their own Netflix or other streaming apps using their personal accounts.
⫸ Kitchen: This kitchen features clean quartz counters, an eating island, high-quality cabinetry, and appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee drip maker, 4-slice toaster, wine fridge, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals.
⫸ Bathrooms: There are 2.5 baths equipped with fresh towels and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Q-tips and facial cotton pads are also provided for your convenience.
⫸ Bonus Room: Large bonus with sofa bed, and kids corner with a mini stool, toys and a table.
⫸ Office: The main-floor office is a quiet and functional space, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. Equipped with a spacious desk, comfortable chair, and ample natural light.
⫸ Laundry: On the second floor, you'll find a washer and dryer with detergent available for your laundry needs.
⫸ Extras: We provide one high chair and one playpen for added convenience during your stay.

⫸ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT
This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.
⫸ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.
Detailed check-in instructions, including the Smart Lock code, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
⫸ SECURITY DEVICES
1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. There are TWO OUTDOOR security cameras located at the property's main door and driveway, only to monitor outdoor activity. These devices will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level

VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation and get a 96% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you receive a 46% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refunded.
