We had a great stay at this property for my bachelorette weekend. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us, and the property was in an amazing location! We were a short walk to stores, bars, and restaurants in soho and could easily walk to nearby bodegas for essentials. As others mention, there are a couple sets of stairs, but nothing we couldn’t manage. Check in was simple, and we had everything we needed. I would definitely book again!

The host was great and all communication was prompt! Absolutely loved our stay as there were 11 adults and a 10 year old. Rooms and entire apartment was clean and modernized. Location was amazing as there were so many places to eat all within very short walking distances. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again without question!

My family and I loved the spacious apartment and many of the commodities. This summer's weather was fantastic so the house stayed pretty cool with the units in each room. Additionally, the washer and dryer were very convenient to have.This apartment is right next to Little Itally where there are so many restaurant options.Best of all, communication with hosts was rapid and helpful. I would book this place again!

Sonny could not have been more accommodating of my many questions and concerns as a VRBO newbie. The location is outstanding, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for our family reunion of 6 adults and 4 children to stay in one place WITH AIR CONDITIONING during a heat spell, and when we arrived there were bottles of water, coffee pods and snack bars available. There was even a crib in the main bedroom. Very well equipped kitchen and the laundry facility was super useful. Sonny is truly a thoughtful host. Only warning is that the unit entrance is up two flights of stairs. Not a problem at all for us but could be for some.

We traveled with family for NYC vacation and really enjoyed our time here. The rental was clean and very spacious. We so appreciated how receptive and flexible Sonny, the host was. It really made our stay all the more enjoyable. One important thing is that there are a bit of stairs to navigate. But I enjoyed being up high.Would definitely come again!

The house was great for 10 adults in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen space was modern and well equipped. We appreciated the Keurig pods provided by the host. Bath and bed linens were good quality and bathroom amenities adequate. In fact all the amenities on the listing were accurate except for the dining table and chairs, which clearly would not accommodate more than 5. Fortunately we did no cooking or hosting meals. The location worked perfectly for us in terms of restaurants and close proximity to the 6 train to Grand Central. As far as the upholstered couch and stools - they need to be re-upholstered. They were quite stained. Really not up to par in relation to the rest of the space. We would recommend this duplex.

Worked great for our family vacation. There were 6 adults so having this type of space was great. Wasn't much around us that we were going to, but close enough to be able to walk to places you need to. Lots of steps, but thats noted in the description. Place worked out great!

We frequently rent VRBO properties since we are an intergenerational family of 11 and need the flexibility and space not provided in hotels. While have stayed in many fine rentals this was our best experience. So clean it sparkled. Bright and airy. Great HVAC systems. Well equipped and supplied. Responsive host. Fantastic neighborhood. We would definitely rent again. Sure there are stairs and would be great to have more seating but the positives are so strong, those two factors were minor inconveniences.

This house was very beautiful and very clean from the time we walked in . It’s a great location located a block away from the subway to make it easy to get around. There is a great pizza place around the corner . We couldn’t be more happier with our stay. We had 8 of us in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone ! Would definitely recommend this place …

Really great location, perfect layout for a group of friends. We needed more chairs and got them right away. The beds are comfy, there are enough bathrooms, nice tv area but we were in NYC so kinda not there a lot. It was so easy to get back from really anywhere in the city. Overall excellent stay! The condo was very nice and roomy. There were 6 of us and we were able to spread out somewhat. There were enough essentials if needed. The beds were comfortable. The only problem not in the listing were the amount of steps to actually get into the condo. Two flights of approximately 25 steps total. As an older person this would have been important to know. I had some trouble after the first 2 days. We were there for 5 days and it took a toll on my knees.

We had a fantastic time saying at this property. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make a vacation very pleasant. It was also centrally located within walking distance to SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown. It was also within 5 mins to the 7 and F/D subway stations. To top it all off, we had excellent communication with Sonny. He was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. One of our best VRBO experiences we have had
