Great Stay

We really enjoyed this property and amazing location. Also, obviously perfect if your visiting family in St James. We hope it's available next year for our annual Christmas trip.

Condo is very clean and comfortable. Fantastic view of the marina. Host was very responsive and supportive. Distance to Oak Island and St. James beach club was a little longer than I expected, but very managable.

Lovely Marina Condo

Our family really enjoyed the spacious condo with a lovely screen porch overlooking the St James Marina. Perfect for rocking, sunset watching, coffee in the morning. The location was also close to the Beacon 315 restaurant and Tiki Bar- steps away. Oak Island is a short drive away with shops, restaurants, and the lovely beach. It was a relaxing stay enjoyed by all! Check in was easy with the code and the place was nice and clean.

Beautiful Villa.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment!!! One bedroom is standard size room with a tv which our son liked. The master is spacious woth a GREAT view of the marina. The extra bedroom out daughter LOVED!!! It has a small kitchen area and a great size room!! She was thrilled. Very impressed.

This place was magical early morning, and at sunset on the screened in porch looking at the marina. So nice to be able to let the dog sit out, and keep the bugs away. The drive in and out of St. James seems long, but it’s pleasant and fun to look at all the beautiful homes, ponds, golf courses. We felt very safe in the gated community, and there was so much room for our dog and our son. What a bonus to have three full bathrooms! It was a wonderful place to return to after long days on the beach in OKI. Highly recommend to families, pets, or couples who want to get away. Parking is literally in front of the door, so it’s easy access as well for any guests who may not be able to use the stairs. Bonus to have extra fridge and microwave in one suite that also has a separate entrance. Property managers were very attentive and got back immediately with answers to any questions we had. Would stay again for sure!!!
