**BEDROOMS**
This home offers two convenient guest bedrooms on the main level. Guest Bedroom 1 features a cozy queen bed, generous dresser space, a large closet, and direct access to the deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Guest Bedroom 2 also includes a queen bed, along with ample dresser and closet space to make guests feel right at home.

Upstairs, the loft-level bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a plush king bed, abundant storage, and a 40" TV for winding down at the end of the day. The loft also includes a charming seating area with two comfy chairs and a reading lamp—ideal for curling up with a good book. Step out onto the private balcony, with seating for two invites you to savor quiet mornings.

The lower level of the cabin features two additional guest bedrooms, perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who enjoys a bit more privacy. Guest Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds, a dresser, and a closet—ideal for siblings or friends sharing a space. Guest Bedroom 4 offers a twin bed and a dedicated desk, making it a great option for guests who may need a quiet place to work or study during their stay.

**BATHROOMS**
Our cabin features three full bathrooms, thoughtfully placed across all levels to provide comfort and convenience for every guest. The main-level bathroom is a shared full bath for Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2. It’s centrally located and easily accessible from both rooms. The upper-level loft bathroom is a full bath featuring a bathtub with a handheld showerhead. While ideal for relaxing baths or for young children to shower, we recommend reviewing the images before booking to ensure it suits your needs. The lower-level bathroom is shared by Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4. This newly renovated full bathroom offers modern finishes and functionality. Please note: this bathroom does not include a bathtub.

Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, starter essentials, and hair dryers, so you can pack a little lighter and settle in a little quicker.

** LIVING AREAS, AND KITCHEN**
In the main level living room, you'll find a gas fireplace that is perfect for chilly evenings or curling up with a good book. A 50” TV is ready for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa that fits 4–5 people, plus two additional chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax with family or friends. Step right out onto the deck for fresh mountain air or your morning cup of coffee.

The lower-level living room offers a quiet and comfortable space to relax and unwind. It features a 40” TV, perfect for quiet mornings catching up on your favorite shows. With a sofa that seats 4–5, a comfortable chair, and direct access to the lower-level deck, this cozy spot is great for laid-back hangouts or a little extra privacy away from the main level. This lower-level living room is stocked with lots of games and a coffee station as well.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that comfortably seats four. Extra table leaves are conveniently stored in the bedroom closet for additional seating when needed.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
Entry-Level Deck:
Relax and entertain on the spacious deck featuring a gas grill and cozy gas fireplace. Comfortable seating includes a bench, four rocking chairs, and two additional chairs. The outdoor dining table seats eight, with two extra chairs available for larger gatherings.

Lower-Level Deck:
Unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy peaceful moments on the covered deck, featuring four rocking chairs, two additional chairs, and a classic porch swing—perfect for taking in the view or relaxing with a good book.

Sub-Lower-Level Deck:
Step down to the serene sub-lower-level deck, where you’ll find a metal table with seating for three, two wooden lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, and a beautifully crafted stone fire pit—ideal for evening gatherings under the stars.

Grounds:
Take in the natural surroundings with stone seating for three, and convenient stairs leading to direct access to Fightingtown Creek. Enjoy catch-and-release fishing right on the property. Gather around the rock fire pit, complete with four Adirondack chairs—perfect for evening conversations and s’mores under the stars.


The road leading to the property may be challenging for some vehicles. For your safety and convenience, we recommend using a 4WD vehicle to access the property.

For guests with mobility needs, a chair lift is available to access both the upper-level loft and the lower level. Please note: use of the chair lift must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability and proper setup.

Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers to be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. We allow for one pet only.
