The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The living quarters were perfect for multiple families. Condo was beautiful. We had young children which made the location placed approximately 30 mins in every direction from Storyland, Santa’s Village and Clark’s Trading Post. We would highly recommend renting this property.

We have stayed at this property several times now, and for good reason. The location is unmatched for a ski vacation, the property is large, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the property owner is helpful and communicative. We had a great time!

Ski in / out perfection

The place was perfect for my kids and i. It really is right on the trail so we could pop in for a break or lunch. No hiking, no car. It was great. Home was well kept and the perfect size

thanksgiving gathering

the host was very accommodating to all our needs and contacted us immediately with answers to our questions. the condo itself was spacious, clean and provided many extra perks for our thanksgiving away from home . Not only was the condo perfect but it also snowed allowing the family 2 days to ski. we hope to do this again next year !!

Fun summer getaway

This townhouse offered the perfect base for a weekend of adventure in the white mountains. It was a great size for 2 families, providing plenty of space and amenities. The backyard seating and fire pit were a great place to unwind after daily adventures, biking, taking the cog up Mount Washington, exploring the nearby river, and heading up Bretton Woods gondola for great views and a really delicious lunch!

Beauty on the mountainside!

This place was amazing! The view with breakfast was unforgettable. The house was clean and tidy and very well appointed for all our needs, there is even a wine fridge. My children thoroughly enjoyed some sledding and snow time in the cozy backyard area. It is close to lots of outdoor activities and some breathtaking views. We stayed during the eclipse and it could not have been more perfect.

This place was great for a big group, with lots of comfortable space to spread out and socialize, easy access to the mountain out the back door, and an easy, low-stress check-in/check-out process.

Holidays on the mountain

We stayed at this condo over the holidays (day after Christmas to New Years). The place was clean and very well supplied (extra linens, kitchen stuff, paper towels, etc). Great setup with 2 bedrooms upstairs for adults and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor for kids. Great kitchen/living area for family meals and game time. Ski in/out looked great (just not enough snow at the time for us). Also a super easy drive to the base lodge for skiing. John was very responsive, including getting a plumber to fix the drain on one of the bath tubs. Great stay, would highly recommend .

Family weekend celebration

We rented the property for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 8 of us so we had plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms are split, two upstairs and two downstairs so it was convenient to split up the families, one up and one down. The house was clean, the location was beautiful the kitchen was well stocked.

Beautiful spot

Perfect spot for an extended family visit for Santa’s village (25 min drive). Spacious 3-story layout and ample bathrooms for multi-family stay. Nicer decor than expected for price point, huge great room TV and fireplace. Beautiful snowy slope hike and streams just behind property. A special and memorable choice!

Fantastic condo with amazing mountain view

Just stayed at this condo with my two sisters and our families and boy did we have a wonderful time! The view of the mountains from the living room is gorgeous! Especially during the fall with the beautiful color change! We hiked the ski trails in the backyard and used the fire pit for s’mores too! Had brunch at the Omni hotel both mornings we were there and it was a very close drive there and to the Cog railway which we took to the top of Mt Washington! The condo had everything we needed for family dinners pots pans and serving dishes! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and fit our group of 9 easily! The gas fireplace was our favorite part and so easy to use with the flip of a switch. Stay here! The condo is wonderful! Photos don’t do it justice!

Great House at Bretton Woods

This house was plenty big to fit our group of 9 adults and 2 children. The dining table in the common area was large enough for us to all sit and enjoy meals together and play games, which is something we always look for. We even used the grill one night and had a fire in the backyard which was enjoyable. The house is fully stocked and there was no need to bring anything additional. John was very pleasant to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. He even swung by quick to fix a loose toilet bowl seat. (We didn't need it fixed, but wanted to make John aware so that he could repair and also know we found it that way.) We would definitely return!

Great house, and even better renter.

The house worked great for our family of 12. The area is beautiful, and having access to resort amenities, particularly the pool was a big bonus with the kids. The owner, John was even better quickly addressing a small issue with the door lock, and even refunding a part of our rental for it, even though it wasn't necessary. I didn't ask for it, he just did it, fantastic.

I bought this home because of its ski-in location, and great character. It is a perfect setup for two families to share & enjoy but still big enough not to be in each other's way.
