Cottage on Sebago Lake with Private Beach

Summary:
Stunning lake house rental on Sebago Lake in Standish, ME. Enjoy over 100 feet of private beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets. There is ample indoor and outdoor space for up to 10 people.

The Space:
The house has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with outside shower/foot shower. There is an open floor plan with leather sectional, dining table that seats 8 and kitchen island that seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything imaginable to feed a large family, plus there is a gas grill (propane provided) on the deck. There are two full refrigerators providing space to keep all your drinks cold. The deck faces the lake and stretches the entire length of the house with seating for 10+ people, including a nice swing for 3 people. Steps from the deck is a fire pit (wood provided) surrounded by 6 adirondack chairs. There is a stationary dock with seating for 8 people at the end of the dock. Additionally there is a floating dock for kids to swim to and enjoy Sebago Lake.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property and your own private beach. There is an extra wide canoe, one single person kayak, paddle board, and noodles. There are beach chairs and toys for kids to use. Inside the cottage is a white three ring binder with all the things

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet neighborhood and is situated at the end of the road. There are live Maine lobsters and local fish for sale only 1-2 miles from the cottage. An ice cream truck comes by during the day in the Summer. There are boat rentals and water sports activities located within 15 mins of the cottage in Naples, ME.

Getting Around:
The closest convenience store (Jordans) is 1 mile down the road, has a full deli and has literally everything you might need on your vacation. The closest grocery store (Standish Hannafod) is a 10 min drive away. The house is a 20 minute drive from Wyndham, ME where there are a large number of retail stores. There is a restaurant / bar (Sportsman Kitchen & Keg) has an outside Tiki bar, with a large selection of local beers on tap and is located 1 mile from the cottage. The cottage is 40 mins from Portland, ME and is 60 mins from North Conway, NH and the White Mountains of NH!

Interaction with Guests:
Guest check is a self service combo lock box. The code will be provided prior to guest arrival. There is no interaction with guests unless there are questions prior to, during or after arrival.
