Had we been contacted while you were there, we would have been happy to send someone over to address anything that needed attention right away. Just for clarification, the unit does not have carpet; it has area rugs, which are cleaned during every turnover with a CrossWave. We’ll certainly take another look at them to ensure they are looking their best. We’ll also check on the living room curtain and hair dryer. Regarding the garage code, we were not notified of the change either, so we’re sorry for the inconvenience that caused. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have to contact security for the updated code. The water interruption was unfortunately a building-wide issue outside of our control, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. We understand how frustrating it is to have that happen during a vacation, and we wish there had been something more we could have done. We’re also sorry about the AC not keeping up during your stay. We did our best to assist by having you reset the system and sending a technician out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the water outage was affecting the AC system as well, which limited what could be done while the building was experiencing the issue. We completely understand your frustration, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We truly appreciate you acknowledging the early check-in and our team’s responsiveness — we’re always happy to accommodate when possible, especially during the off-season. That said, I’m very sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the condo did not meet your expectations. There is no excuse for debris on the floors, and our staff would have gladly addressed that immediately had we been made aware. Because your stay was after peak season, we do begin addressing general wear and tear items, such as wall markings, during our seasonal maintenance period. Air returns are not typically part of a standard turnover cleaning and are usually handled during our deep seasonal service; however, we absolutely would have been happy to take care of that for you as well. That said, we understand that your preference was to have everything thoroughly handled prior to arrival rather than during your stay. We completely respect that, and we truly apologize that your much-anticipated and well-deserved vacation began with these concerns. That is not the standard we strive to provide. Your feedback has been shared with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can improve our processes moving forward. We truly value your stay and your honest input.
