Enheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med kastruller och diskar så det behövs inte äta ute. platt skärmar i alla rum, riktigt bekväma sängar, trevliga badrum, alla gjort om för några år sedan.

Strandpromenaden, restauranger, barer, nattliv, berg-och dalbanor och åkattraktioner, minigolf, arkader och havsfronten och stränderna är alldeles nere / nära by. Stor plats för barn och vuxna.

Mina veckor går fredag till fredag (med en lördag till lördag runt Labor Day) under sommaren så jag måste be dig att starta eller avsluta din vistelse på fredag eller lördag snälla.

Staden VA Beach betalar band och gatan agerar för att uppträda på alla andra gathörn varje kväll mellan 17th och 30th Street. Gratis konserter på flera paviljonger upp och ner på strandpromenaden. Bra ställe att cykla eller rulla på. Parkering ingår. Inomhuspool och badtunna. Arkadspel, gym, aktiviteter, livsmedelsleverans från Harris Teeter. 45 minuter från Busch Gardens och Colonial Williamsburg.

Perfect Location

Location was great. We are a family of 5 and we were comfortable for the week. Parking garage is small but we made sure if we needed to go somewhere that required driving, we were back by 5pm and had no issues finding a space. Otherwise everything is within walking distance. I don’t recommend eating at Johnny Manana which is downstairs. Food is terrible and overpriced.

High floor ocean view balcony was nice. Full kitchen and living room offers extra space. Cons: crumbs/dust in the drawers, some hair on the bathroom floor, a rubber band on the carpet indicates it wasn’t properly vacuumed before our arrival. Had to treat all surfaces with wipes. Long wait for the only elevator in the tower (14 floors). It was out of order one day.

Weekend getaway

Nice area right on the beach. Only complaint is that we had gotten a call the evening before we left to ask if we could set up a meeting at 9:15 or at 11am for a time share..I told the lady we are leaving at 11am and she hung up on me.. really. Im here on a mini vacation not to invest in a timeshare.. otherwise we had a great time. Nice enough accommodations. Would definitely check before coming again as to not stay in a timeshare residence.

I will start by saying, this is not a new property. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay within walking distance of almost anything then this place is excellent. It is situated between two public parking areas, which diverts many other beachgoers to the left and right, which makes this area of the beach far less crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. As I started with, the property does show signs of age and the unit feels slightly dated, but everything worked as it should, and let's face it, you are going to hang at the beach, not the room. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The employees at the office in the later hours, after 4:00 were below par. That’s when we were in the condo and had questions. A night manager would be very beneficial.

The ac system was too loud.the way it split between 2rooms wasnt very user friendly. The window between the 2 rooms was not very private. Only one tv worked

Disappointed

The view of the beach was wonderful. Carpet looked gross, wouldn’t take shoes off. Water didn’t heat up very well, kick plate for dishwasher was missing. Large cockroach (dead) in hallway for two days after reporting it to staff. Door handle out to the balcony is not secure.

Location Great But…….

Promoted as sleeping accommodations for 4. The pull out couch was so bad you could see the springs through the mattress and covered in sand. We had to buy a air mattress to be able to sleep. At check-in process made me sign for 4 beach towels but they were not provided ( neither were linens for couch bed). The pool area is your typical 3 star hotel pool. Only 3 working lounge chairs. The other 2 had broken backs and the other one the 2 front legs were gone. Good thing the beach was the main attraction. Staff was courtesy and friendly and tired to remedy what they could quickly. Can’t beat the location right on the boardwalk.

Unbelievable. No Hot water!!!!!!

We rented it from Mar 25 to April 1, Unit 105. From March 27, PM, to April 1, AM, there was no hot water, with the exception of a few hours on Tuesday morning. We repeatedly complained to the management. We were told that there was a plumbing problem, and they were working on it. There were no plumbers, that we can tell, in the building except those working on a problem with the pool. Low and behold, the water started to get hot early Saturday, April 1. The lower floors had low occupancy during the week, so it appears the management turned off the hot water to save costs. My wife has limited mobility and the lack of hot water was terribly inconvenient, not to say a health hazard. We have traveled extensively around the world and this was one of our worst experiences.

I would not book with this owner again!

We drove over 5 hours to Virginia Beach and 45 minutes before our check in time of 4:00 the owner contacted us and told us that he had "upgraded" us to a different property which had a free breakfast and better jets in the whirlpool -- neither of which we cared about. When I replied that we preferred the location we had booked because we had made plans for restaurants and activities that were within walking distance of our original booking --he didn't seem to care and did not offer to let us go to the original booking, Our original booking was right in the middle of the Neptune festival which was a great location -- our substituted booking was at the far end of the activities! We booked the unit we chose which was a top floor balcony -- we could not get a top floor at the other place. The room we booked had the bed on the ocean front- the one we got had the bed in the back. The only reason I didn't argue more with the owner about this is because we were celebrating our anniversary and my wife didn't want me to put a damper on our time away.

Much needed getaway

Great Location! Walking distance to almost everything! Was impressed with the cleanliness of the beach! The room was perfect except minor issues! The TV in the bedroom didn’t work for the first night and we reported it to the night crew at the front desk. Said they'd send someone at 10am. I don't think they contacted anyone! No one showed up. When we went down in the early afternoon, they were right on it. Fixed within an hour. Worked for the rest of the day until the next night and went out again! Gave up! The spa tub didn't work. And there was pink mold/stains only in the jets, which we couldn't use anyway! It's a housekeeping issue!.The soap in the shower wall dispenser was empty. Bring your own hairdryer and essentials! I'm glad i did! The unit is really nice otherwise! The pool is also on this floor! I would recommend this rental as long housekeeping is more thorough! Would I come back, yes! Make sure the restaurant on site knows that the room you are staying in is a timeshare unit! It is the only way to get the discount! We didn't receive it because we didn’t mention that, just that we were staying in the building!

Misleading photos, good stay

The location is right at the beach so you cant beat it. However the listing is extemely misleading. It shows what I now know are photos from multiple units lumped in as 1. It would appear you are paying for a top floor ocean front . When we got there we were put on the 3rd floor of a cramped room. This lists that it sleeps for and it does, bed and a pull out, but the photos show the table to the side of the couch and the room we were given had the table in front which was a much smaller room and once the pull out is open there is no room to walk between, causing a lot of stubbed toes and banged legs walking to the bathroom at night . The room was okay, no frills which is fine for us but very misleading listing. The safe did not work because the battery was low. The main bed had sand in the sheets making me wonder if it was changed prior to us getting there. The bathtub had sand in it and was completely backed up. By the time you are done showeing the tub was almost full. I chose not to notify the host during the stay only because i did not want to be inconvienced during our stay to have these things fixed. So i am not commenting on if it would have been taken care of but my point is that it should have been taken care of prior to the stay so these things would not be an issue . If the tub was cleaned then they would have immediately seen the back up. The water started to back up as soon as you turn it on. The host listing misleads you to think youre getting a better room.

Great location at the beach

The online VRBO view looked like an upper level room. Our room was on the main first floor. My teens loved being able to come and go to the boardwalk. Noise from the beach was not helpful to concentrate on working while there and the internet was slow. However, staff were very nice and accomodating. Coffee only served until 11am though. Parking was difficult with limited spaces. Rented this room with the kitchenette. Everything was clean. We looked at the pool but my teens had no interest. Nice overlook of the city right outside of the pool. Would be perfect for group or couples. The bar was just few rooms down would have been great with adults.

We absolutely had a wonderful time at this property although the rooms are nothing fancy the balcony makes up for it. We had so much fun at the end of the night when we came home just sitting on our balcony watching all the different things happening. it really was a lot more entertaining than, other areas

Birthday/Mother’s Day Trip

The place was exactly what we needed for our celebration weekend. It was steps from the beach with a small balcony we could sit on if we just wanted to watch the beach and activities on the beach from a distance. The place was clean, the staff efficient and the host, Peter is awesome. He answered our inquiries in a timely manner!!!
