The Space:
This can be your reality at Enchanted Tiki Cottage, a charismatic 2-bedroom townhome in the desirable Encantada Resort community. Guests will enjoy tons of onsite amenities such as heated swimming pools, hot tub, game room, a private lake, fishing pier, fitness center, onsite bar and grill, and so much more! Better yet? All major theme parks are practically right in your back yard, just a 10-minute drive away. There’s no shortage of things to do and see in exciting and sunny Kissimmee!

The home has been outfitted in a charming Disney tiki theme with delightful décor and furnishings. Spend lazy afternoons or evenings on the screened-in lanai where you’ll find a soothing above ground hot tub, chaise lounge seating, and café table with umbrella and seating for 4. You’ll enjoy views of the lush landscaping in the open yard beyond, palm trees swaying gently in the breeze. Head inside through the patio doors to the cozy living room with ample sofa and ottoman seating and TV, a relaxing space for cooling off in the air conditioning and catching up on your favorite shows. A dining room table with seating for 6 can easily play host to a family game night as it can a formal dinner. The dramatic kitchen has been fully updated with all-black appliances and countertops. A toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, and a suite of cookware and dining ware round out the amenities in this space, well-equipped for any type of meal you find yourself in the mood for.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available in lot for up to 3 vehicles – first come, first serve.
• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
• This home is equipped with an exterior Ring Security Camera over the entryway, which monitors the parking area.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Tucked away just outside Walt Disney World, Encantada Resort is the perfect destination for vacationers who want more for their money with bigger spaces and amenities. The pool side loungers offer a comfortable place for you to soak up the sun. When you need to cool off, jump right into the pool. Tired, achy muscles could do with a soak in the hot tub too. You’ll also love The Cabana Pool Bar & Grill for beer, wine, sodas, and light snacks. The tranquil, tropical setting with lake, walking trails, catch and release pier and kids’ club is ideal for your vacation. Relax with family and friends at Romy’s Lounge in the Clubhouse which serves drinks and snacks, or at one of the many restaurants nearby.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is less than 2 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
