This thoughtfully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a fully stocked kitchen, breezy front and back porches, and a relaxed, coastal vibe just minutes from beaches, dining, and island charm. With room to sleep up to 7 guests comfortably, itâs the perfect spot to relax, explore, and make lasting memories.

Our gas-powered 6-seater golf cart is available as an optional add-on for just $150 flat for your entire stay (for stays under 5 nights). If youâre staying 5 nights or more, itâs included complimentary!
Itâs a fun and easy way to cruise to the beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. Let us know if you'd like to include the cart â weâll handle the rest.

Weâre Stephanie and Kenny â brother and sister who grew up visiting St. Simons Island with our Nana, and now co-hosts of The Flying Turtle, a home that holds generations of memories. Our Nana lived on the island and poured so much love into this house and community, and itâs an honor to carry that forward.
We both live in Georgia and stay busy with work, family, and everyday life â but this little slice of coastal calm is where we come to reconnect and recharge. Weâve worked hard to renovate the home while keeping its heart intact, and we truly love sharing it with others.
Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or just feel a little more grounded, we hope you feel the same warmth and welcome our family has always found here.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose this neighborhood because it feels like the heart of St. Simons â peaceful, welcoming, and just the right mix of local life and vacation vibes. Our Nana owned this home as a vacation rental too, and weâve always loved how itâs tucked away in a quiet residential area while still being just minutes from the beach, the pier village, and some of the islandâs best spots to eat, shop, and explore.
Itâs the kind of neighborhood where youâll see neighbors walking their dogs, kids riding bikes, and the occasional golf cart zipping by on the way to catch the sunset. Itâs safe, relaxed, and full of charm â and we think itâs one of the best ways to experience St. Simons like a local.
