This fabulous house in Durham offers a superb stay for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a well-equipped bathroom, this beautiful home provides all the comforts you need. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cool off from the summer heat, leaf peeping in the fall, and skiing in the winter! The house is located at the valley of Durham. Minutes away from skiing, hiking/running trails, mountain biking, swimming holes, horseback riding, farm lands and the zoom flume water park!
Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Enjoy your getaway here!

Main bedroom with queen bed. Another bedroom with two twin beds.
Separate office with standing desk, ergonomic chair, a 32-inch monitor, high-speed wifi, and HDMI/USB/USB-C cables.
Bathroom with comfy towels and bathing essentials.
Fully-equipped kitchen with oils, spices, cookwares, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher.
Basement with full laundry.
The outdoor space includes a patio, a BBQ grill, a fire pit, a dog pool, and 1 acre of land.
