Enjoy resort amenities like a pool, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, and marina store. Just 30 minutes from Duval Street, Key West. $125 resort fee due at check-in (per stay).

Located in the secure, amenity-rich Venture Out Resort, this recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage includes a 60-foot private seawall, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Enjoy complimentary kayak/paddle boards and many board games, cornhole game and more! Relax knowing you're only 30 minutes from the heart of Old Town Key West and the world famous Duval Street!
The Space
Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your living room in this beautifully updated cottage with an open floor plan and expansive ocean views. Perfect for families or groups, the home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
Step outside and launch your kayak or paddle board directly from the dock. Explore the nearby Venture and Out Keys or lounge in the ocean with provided floats and life jackets.
Additional Amenities Include:
* Washer & dryer in the unit (plus coin laundry nearby)
* Access to resort amenities: pool, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, playground, picnic areas, boat ramp, and marina store with fuel, groceries, and tackle
* 24/7 gated security for peace of mind
**Please Note**
Upon arrival, Venture Out Resort collects a *one-time* mandatory $125 resort fee (per stay, not per night), which includes full access to all resort amenities and a parking permit. Overflow parking is available for boats, trailers, or additional vehicles for a nightly fee.
**Guest Access**
Guests have full private access to the entire cottage, the 60â dock and seawall, and all the resort amenities.
