Helt ny ombyggnad september 2017! Vackert nytt, fullt utrustat kök med granit, bambuskåp och rostfria apparater. Nytt badrum med granit och kaklat dusch och inventarier. Nya tegelgolv i hela. Samma fantastiska havsutsikt från Lanai och gratis strandredskap för din användning. Sugar Beach Resort är det enda stället som många av våra besökare kommer att stanna år efter år. En expansiv gyllene sandstrand vetter mot fastigheten, och inom några sekunder från vår enhets byggnad väntar den längsta gångstranden i Kihei.

En vacker pool och spa ligger nära havet, och stranden några meter bort är en underbar plats att avsluta dagen med en av Mauis spektakulära solnedgångar. "Dina's Sandwitch", baren och grillen på plats serverar några av de bästa smörgåsarna på ön. Det är också ett bra ställe att samla för en cocktail. Inte konstigt att de har en 4. 2-stjärnbetyg på Yelp.

Enjoyable 1st visit to Maui

Great beachfront location on the north end of Kihei. Unit very clean, very modern, and well stocked. Loved having the beach accessories available for use. Would highly recommend this property if you don't want or need to be closer to town. Close enough!

Second time staying at this condo and loved it.

We love this condo. Have stayed there twice and was hoping we could stay there the same dates in 2026 unfortunately it was already booked. But we were lucky enough to find another condo in the same building. This condo is perfect. Amazing location, quiet, great pool area. The grounds people do an amazing job of maintaining the pool and surrounding grounds. Just can’t say enough good things about Suagr beach

Great Place!

Very nice place, unit and grounds are well maintained. The furniture and some of the cookware in the unit is somewhat dated but not terrible. Would definitely stay here again for the price.

The Perfect Location

We loved our stay at the Sugar Beach resort, not only was it in a great location to explore everything that Maui had to offer but it was the perfect place to recharge after a day at the beach or a day out and about exploring. The suit itself was well maintained and very clean upon arrival. The whole resort was impeccable and well taken care of. If you are travelling to Maui, I would highly recommend staying at the Sugar Beach resort. PS. You must try the sandwich shop located on resort, It is awesome!

Really enjoyed the property. beach was quiet, property was well kept, and condo had most everything you could need. Only Con is that the sofa sleeper needs updated. uncomfortable and every time there is movement it squeaks and everybody can hear it. tough to use this as a family of four. unless mattress gets replaced i wouldn't plan to use the sofa sleeper if you or anybody wants a good night sleep. thanks for sharing your property.

What a great stay at Sugar Beach Resort!

The unit was the most comfortable of the 3 that we stayed in this trip. We had everthing we needed, lots of beach gear, and incredible location right on a gorgeous beach, and central to lots of food, shopping, beaches and more! Very nice unit, quick response from host and lovely resort!

Perfect condo

Location is great, it is right on the beach and shaved ice, bakery and ABC convenience store are within a few minutes walk. The property grounds and facilities are very clean, parking is easy, pool and bbq area are great. The location is central to anywhere you need to drive to. The condo itself is very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities needed and overall it is a very nice home.

First I have to say how amazing Sherry is, fast to get back to you and makes you feel like a friend reaching out. Accommodations is exactly as stated. Wonderful trip back to Sugar Beach

It had been more than 20 years since my last trip to Sugar Beach, and it was exactly what I remembered. Sherry’s place was perfect for me and the kitchen and bath were nicely updated. It had all the essentials including beach chairs, a cooler, and some sand toys (if you have kiddos). Great view of the pool and beach with amazing sunsets. Close to Kihei town but away from the busy area. The beach is excellent for morning/evening walks. I can’t wait to come back!
