This was our first time in Hot Springs and we loved our stay on Lake Hamilton! Our host was exceptionally hospitable and a great communicator. The corner condo is on the first floor (down a flight of stairs) and features a small porch on a quiet stretch of water. It was a great place to relax with coffee in the cool of the morning, and to watch the ducks in the late afternoon. This immaculately clean condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy cooking, watching a large screen tv, or just relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. We appreciated that this one-bedroom condo has two full baths which facilitated getting showered and ready for the day. Hot Springs has a lot going on! We loved the downtown and all the bath houses, shops and museums. We enjoyed the Gangster Museum, lunch at the Ohio Club, dinner at The GOAT, the National Park trails, and especially the Garvan Woodland Gardens. We highly recommend this host for a great stay in Hot Springs!

35th Anniversary

This was the most relaxing spot in Hot Spring, Ar. The amenities were more than we could have asked for, the price was affordable and management guided us through the process prior to check-in. Neighboring tenants were very hospitable and engaging.

Relaxing

This property has been fully renovated. Everything was fresh and clean. The owner thought of everything you need for a relaxing stay. Being able to walk out the back door right to the water was great. We will certainly revisit this spot!

We had a peaceful stay here! We enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the calm lake and walking along the waterfront to the pier. Check in and out were super easy. The condo was impeccably clean and the decor was inviting. The bed was very comfortable l and the room was quiet. We enjoyed having 2 full bathrooms. The location was excellent for seeing the sights and for finding good restaurants closeby. Airport road is a very busy route but we were not bothered by road noise, we felt very dafe here and we did ok getting in and out of the driveway. I would highly recommend staying here. I hope we can come back again soon!

4/10 Dåligt

Got to place 15 mins before check in. Apt is right off a major road. Always busy and loud - would’ve been nice to know this beforehand. They were cleaning when we got there so we waited to knock at 4. Ran into owner at 4 and she said they weren’t done cleaning and we could wait on the back patio. Was frustrating after driving 6 hours. Also, the person helping her clean had his fishing lines going from the patio to the water. They also left food in the fridge they did not clean out. There were blankets that were never taken out of the dryer too. Would not stay here again and would’ve chosen elsewhere had we known about the problems. Very unprofessional to not have your place ready to go by check in. Felt very unprofessional. There are other beautiful places around there not off a major road that are more peaceful, and will probably let you check in on time.

Condo was neat, very cutely decorated & clean. Sitting on the back patio in the evenings was very relaxing. The bed is on the firm side but still comfortable but I loved the side-by-side recliners. So comfy! This place has everything you need for your stay and is in close proximity to Walmart Neighborhood Market and restaurants.

Not only was this a relaxing and cozy condo, it was truly well appointed with all the necessities and incredibly clean. The ability to swim, fish, boat right off the patio was a great experience. Highly recommended!
