Super convenient location and big house. We just used this as a home base while exploring the area for a day. The home is in a walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend this for people landing at 2:30 AM (like we did!) and want to be close to the airport.

Wifi did not work, which in turn caused the tv to also not work.Kitchen and upstairs bathroom were dirty. We only stayed 1 night so it was doable, wouldn’t stay long term.Positive note, house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

High value for the return

A group of us were in Anchorage to work. Due to heavy visitor season in this location, hotel prices were outrageous. We found this house that's in work but very much usable. We knew what we were getting and to be quite honest, other than a little paint overspray, it was a very comfortable stay. The host was extremely attentive and even allowed us into the garage to use their workout equipment. I was actively looking to pay for a 10 day gym membership around town. She saved us money and we had all we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We had plenty of hot , on demand water. The available washer and dryer made packing super easy. The only draw back was the internet. Luckily we brought a hotspot. I truly appreciate the host for all she did. We were more than content.
