Welcome to our little cocoon in Bouznika, perfect for a family getaway!
Two pretty soft bedrooms, a spacious living room to chill in front of a large connected TV (Netflix & co), 3 air conditioners (one in each room, a dining table for warm dinners and a well-equipped kitchen!
The residence? Closed, secure, family-friendly... with a large swimming pool where you love to relax.
And the best? We are only 5 minutes to the beach!

• Living room: Large bright living room with L sofa bed, connected TV, split air conditioning, dining table, and direct pool view.
• Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, balcony access and pool view for a smooth awakening.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, independent air conditioning, ideal for children or friends, cozy atmosphere.
• Kitchen: Functional and equipped to cook at home.
• Bathroom: Modern, with shower, sink and toilet.
• Residence: Located in Shems Bouznika Residence, gated, secure, family residence, with a large swimming pool.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment: living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, as well as the balcony with pool views. You can also freely enjoy the residence's large swimming pool (depending on the season and the house rules). Access is simple and seamless, with key exchange on arrival.
