Hello Melina, Thank you so much for this thoughtful review, and for your patience during that late checkout — that sounds like a stressful situation with the road closures, and we're glad we could work with you on the timing. We're so happy the space itself worked well for you — that spacious main level and comfortable bed go a long way toward a relaxing stay, and it's great to hear that came through. You also gave us a genuinely useful list, and we want to take it seriously rather than just say thanks and move on. The washer issue alone (unplug, wait, hold the lid down) is the kind of thing that shouldn't be a workaround guests have to discover mid-stay — that's going on our maintenance list right away, along with the unplugged lamps/outlet access, the dish towel and food storage shortage, and the missing game pieces. Light switch labeling is a quick fix we can knock out too. On the photos and the hammocks — you're right to flag that. If they're not accurate to what's currently there, that's on us to fix, not something guests should have to find out on arrival. We'll get eyes on the listing. The neighbor/privacy piece and the layout quirks are more about setting the right expectations up front, and we appreciate you spelling out exactly what future guests should know — that kind of detail helps us be more upfront in the listing itself. We know all of this weighs into whether the price felt right, and we hear that. We'd rather earn that back through real fixes than a dis
