Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of approximately 20 * dlls per person per night. -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The amenities provided are for the sustenance of one night only. -Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. -Parking is for one car only -Pets are not allowed -No guests allowed -The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay. -The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. -Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. -Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. -The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. Living space Located within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in Flamingos, Nayarit, this entire rental unit accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The layout is designed for shared stays with family or friends, offering space to gather as well as quiet corners to recharge. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 7 guests, with the seventh guest required to be a minor under 15 years old. Condominium rules count adults, children, and babies equally. Cleaning is completed prior to arrival so everything is ready for your stay. Sleeping arrangements Three comfortable bedrooms provide a restful place to unwind after full days near the water. With a total of five beds, everyone has room to settle in and enjoy a good night’s sleep in a peaceful setting. Outdoor living Step onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze, or spend time in the shared outdoor spaces throughout the resort. A grassy open area on the property offers space to relax outdoors, while outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area invite lingering meals in the open air. With waterfront surroundings and beach access nearby, moving between the shoreline and the property feels effortless. Beach essentials are provided for days by the sea. Kitchen and dining The kitchen offers a comfortable space to prepare meals during your stay, whether you’re assembling a quick breakfast or enjoying a relaxed dinner together. A dining table nearby makes it easy to gather, share stories, and settle into the slower pace of vacation living. Leisure and amenities Guests have access to a range of shared resort amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and shared gym. Indoors, entertainment options include a TV, movie theater, pool table, ping pong table, and exercise equipment. WiFi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed, and a Pack ’n play/travel crib is available upon request for families. Access and conveniences The home is single level with no stairs inside, and the building includes an elevator for easy access. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. A private entrance, self check-in, and 24-hour building staff provide added ease throughout your stay. Neighborhood Flamingos sits along the Bahía de Banderas, known for its calm beaches, tropical climate, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. The area is well suited for families and travelers seeking a peaceful base near the water, with local dining and resort facilities close at hand.

According to the condominium's general rules and regulations, only reservations for a minimum of 5 nights are accepted. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. -Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning. -Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay. -Check In: 3:00 p.m. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). -Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm. -The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment. -Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation. -The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
