John: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide you with accommodations during your recent visit to Navarre Beach. It is always a disappointment when Guests leave a review that is less than stellar. I have personally reviewed the items you pointed out as being defective throughout the property on the note you left. All of the amenities listed on your note were found to be working properly. I really think this was nothing more than Operator error with trying to use an unfamiliar appliance or amenity item. When you checked-in I told you to please feel free to reach out if you had questions or needed anything. I even pointed out that my personal phone number is supplied on the front of the Guest Check-In Information Envelope. I regret that you had an experience that was anything less than ideal. I hope if you decide to revisit you will reach out to me personally so that I can walk you through the property and explain how things operate. With warm regards, Thane Creech
