Hello, We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the pool area, especially because this situation arose from our genuine attempt to accommodate a special request prior to the official launch of the new outdoor amenities. At the time this reservation was originally booked, the pool area was still in its final completion phase and was not yet included as part of the listing amenities for those stay dates. Prior to arrival, the guests expressed strong interest in accessing the newly completed outdoor area early, fully understanding that some finishing details were still pending at that time. An optional early-access arrangement was mutually agreed upon before check-in. Access to the pool area was never required in order to stay at the property, and the home itself was provided exactly as originally reserved. As reflected throughout our many other reviews, we always strive to provide our guests with exceptional hospitality, transparency, and a beautiful experience. We truly care about our guests and about the experience we create at our home, which is why this misunderstanding has been especially unfortunate for us. Since then, the entire outdoor area has been fully completed and officially integrated into the listing for all future guests to enjoy. We sincerely wish you and your friends all the best.
