This home is located in Silver Shores, a community with beautiful common areas. Enjoy the wonderful island living! The community has a 70 outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis/pickle ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pit, marina with a fishing area, boat docks, and more. One renter must be 55 or older.
This cute and cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath is a perfect home away from home cottage to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy a cup of coffee in your comfortable and bright living room. The property has a screened-in patio, washer & dryer, ample parking, and so much more. Small dog OK with pet fee.
Silver Shore community requires at least one person over the age of 55. Must be rented for a minimum of 3 months as per association. Requirements include an Association Renter application, a $300 rental application fee, a $500 refundable security deposit, and a $40 first-time renter background per adult. Association Approval may take up to 4 weeks.
