Beautiful view, great stay!

Our family of four had such a great time at this beautiful place in Kihei! The views were incredible, the beds were comfy, check in was super easy, and we appreciated that there were beach chairs and coolers. The street noise didn’t bother us and we were grateful both rooms had white noise machines!

Perfect Ocean View Stay- Clean, Comfortable, and Well Equipped!

We had an amazing stay at this top-floor corner unit! The condo was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed provided. Waking up each morning and enjoying our coffee while gazing out at the ocean from the balcony was an absolute highlight. The beach is right next to the condos, and we loved being able to walk along the shore so easily. The unit itself was very comfortable for our group of four, and having two bathrooms was a major plus. We had air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, which kept the space cool and comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by how much we appreciated having a ceiling fan in the bathroom—something we didn’t even know we needed! Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations and made our vacation feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the ocean!

Gorgeous views, clean and private!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo is on the top floor all the way at the end so plenty of privacy and a great view of the ocean. You can also access the rooftop for an even more spectacular view. . I highly recommend this condo and having AC in all the rooms was definitely a factor for why we choose this place. Very happy!

Wonderful View

The property was well equipted, everything we needed was available. Our only issue was the condo was not completely cleaned prior to our arrival. Beds were unmade, bathroom sink dirty, laundry in the washer and if you walk around the condo barefoot like they ask your feet will get dirty. The view was fantastic!

Comfortable and great location

This condo was great for my family of four. We have teenagers and everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Our host was available and easy to communicate with. I think the best part was the location with easy beach access and a great pool. The views were amazing. It is fun to watch the sea turtles just steps away! The beds and pillows were very comfortable too and there were plenty of extra cozy blankets.

floors and bathtub could have been much cleaner around the edges. no decent mops or brooms available to clean until requested. No cleaning services recommended for an one month stay.

Nice condo but lots of road noise

The condo was very nice. It’s clear it’s been a rental for awhile - the kitchen supplies, towels, linens and beach gear are a mishmash of things. Perfectly serviceable. But holy road noise Batman. This is an end unit (which is clearly stated) but I had no idea of how loud the road noise would be. It’s constant. If you’re from the city it may not be an issue but wasn’t what I expected from a beachfront condo.

Lovely

Me, my husband, daughter and mom stayed the first week in January at condo 601. We loved the area, its so relaxed and tranquil. The Hawaiian green sea turtles were on our beach park just about every morning, this was such a unbelievable surprise, truly breath taking. The Humpback Whale Society is just next door, which was very cool. This is a great beach for small kids because of the fish pond wall, the depth is shallow, the waters are calm and you can get out of the wind. The outside property of the condo building is well maintained and beautiful but some of the building necessities need some maintenance; the pool access keypad and handle is broken, some of the windows in the condo are missing the handles to close them, the front door is extremely hard to lock & the door stop for the front door is useless. We only had access to 1 of the 2 elevators provided which was very slow, didn't bother us much until the building started to fill up at which point we took the stairs the majority of the time. The condo itself is just as advertised in the photos on vrbo but are missing some 5 star things in the guest book in the condo, I figure wear over time has taken its toll on the condo. We did have some issues in the twin bed room beds because the sheets wouldn't stay on the beds due to age and loss of elasticity in the bed sheets. We wished we had more bath towels as we were washing most every day due to lack of towels (wash rags ect), we definitely tried to leave these items hanging to avoid washing but they mildew in this climate very quickly. I, personally coming from the Southern portion of the US, having vacation rental property myself, feel that some house hold essentials should be provided for weekly rentals such as trash bags, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We traveled a great distance and this added an extra expense to our trip and wouldn't be able to use an entire pack purchased ourselves (the smallest packs available) of each of those listed items in a week. Maybe that's my southern hospitality I suppose. All in all we had a great stay! We would absolutely stay in Kihei again!

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here. The ocean view and breezes were delightful. The property is right in the water with access to the beach. The fishpond had some turtles and fish for snorkeling right out the front door. It was perfect for a family of 4 with two bedrooms, baths, and laundry in unit. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we could have needed. Kihei is a great place to stay, lots of conveniences, central location, but no real congestion. There is some road noise, but it never bothered us. The only thing I would fix is that we sometimes ran low on hot water. I think if they turned the temp up it would be fine. We would love to return and stay here again. It’s location puts it on the sunny, drier side of the island with little rain. We had a wonderful stay.

The unit was lovely and amply equipped. One item which downgraded my rating. All of the bathroom floor mats were stained. They were clean but with the stains made this nice unit looked a little shabby. I highly suggest the owner replace all the stained floor mats.

Nice condo in convenient Kihei location

Nice condo for a couple or small family of four. Conveniently located on South Kihei Road, with all the amenities of home. The condo includes most the essentials needed for a wonderful stay in paradise; this includes a great trade wind off the lanai. A couple of items that could use some attention are, bedding and pillows in the master bedroom, bathroom cabinet drawers could use stops so they don't come out and the beach gear needs updating. The only real downside to this end-unit property is the traffic noise from South Kihei Road; late nights and early mornings can sometimes be a bit loud.

We had an amazing stay! Everything we needed was right at the condo! Beach gear, kitchen needs, towels. The pool was a hit with the kids. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 was it was a bit noisy from the road but would definetly stay again

Great Condo!

The condo was as described on the site. The view was spectacular, perfect every night. The roof area was awesome, it had bbq’s and chairs. The view was even better up there. It was very easy to access the pool and beach area (nothing was ever crowded). The inside was nice and comfortable and well laid out. It was stocked with everything you need to stay for over a week. We did have these little tiny ants in the kitchen. We had to store dry food in the fridge, not a big deal. We are from Northern California and not having ac was no problem. If you leave the doors open,the breeze was nice (day or nite). The fans cooled off the condo plenty. I am an amputee and I take off my leg at night and I sit in a wheelchair. I was able to get down to the pool and beach by using the elevator in my wheelchair. I could get around the condo fine as well. However, the bathroom doors are narrow (around 28 inches). I forgot my crutches, so I had to hop to the bathroom (bad planning on my part). If you have mobility issues, just bring crutches and a folding shower chair and you’ll be fine. Overall, I would recommend this condo and would stay again. A very well kept and stocked condo. Thanks again, we had a great week!

Great spot in a great location!

This was the perfect spot for our family! The condo had everything we needed. This is the very last unit at the end and so we wondered what the view would be like, but the view was absolutely glorious. It’s a perfect spot for watching the sunset while having a cocktail on the balcony or reading a book with your coffee in the morning. We could even see the pool so the girls could just go down and swim in the pool or jump into the protected area of the ocean and we felt very secure. The condo is also on the north end of Kihei so it’s extremely convenient to get to other parts of the island and also a super short drive to the best shave ice in town
