While recovery efforts from Hurricane Ian are still underwayâincluding construction on select areas of the propertyâweâre proud to offer this updated vacation retreat that combines the comforts of home with the allure of the Gulf Coast.
Perched on the third floor, this 1,235-square-foot condo offers stunning panoramic views of both the shimmering Gulf of Mexico and the sparkling community pool below. Step out onto the screened lanai to enjoy morning coffee, evening sunsets, or just a peaceful moment surrounded by the soothing sounds of island life.
Inside, the condo has been thoughtfully remodeled to maximize both beauty and functionality. The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom offers two twin bedsâperfect for families or friends. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area ensures comfortable accommodations for up to six guests total.
