★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking of any kind inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
If you break the rules and hold an event (defined as more guests entering the space than the reservation was made for), you will be charged a $1000 fee, which is comparable to the fees for non-exclusive local event centers (and much lower than fees for exclusive private event rentals).

★ NO PETS POLICY★
We love animals, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our property. This policy is in place to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests. Bringing a pet onto the property will result in a violation of our house rules and you will be charged additional $1000 cleaning fees.
If you require accommodations for a service animal, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to additional questions as part of our screening process before a reservation may be confirmed.
