Welcome to your Fort Lauderdale home away from home—perfect for extended stays. This home offers all the basics you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the grill and unwind with 3 Smart Fire TVs for your streaming needs—Netflix login included for your stay. For extra fun, take advantage of the karaoke machine and scooters available during your visit. Relax on the charming front porch or take a short drive—just 8 minutes—to the vibrant shops, dining, and nightlife of Las Olas Boulevard. The iconic Hard Rock Casino is only minutes away, and you'll also find plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Parking is a breeze with space for up to 4 cars and 1 Garage. Ideal for traveling professionals, couples, or guests seeking a simple and central stay.
Quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM.
Complementary supplies provided on arrival, but cannot be refilled.
Long-term guests (60 days+) will be required to sign a lease
Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and may result in a booking cancellation
Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive.
Smoking fee $300
Item return fee is $25 + cost of shipping done

Flexible Check-in and Check-out Option:

Early Check-In:
Between 1 pm and standard check-in time: $25 per hour.
Before 1 pm: Pay the previous night’s rate.

Late Check-Out:
Between standard check-out time and 12 pm: $25 per hour.
At 1 pm or later: Pay the next day’s rate.

Please note, early check-in and late check-out at the hourly rate ($25 per hour) aren't guaranteed, as they depend on the cleaner finishing early or the place being vacant the next day. To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, you’ll need to pay the previous or next night’s rate.
