This is a 3-unit home with complimentary shared laundry. The unit you will enjoy is on the lower level and boasts simple yet modern finishes. Youâll need to be able to do 8 or 9 stairs comfortably.
Parking is available at no cost on the street with no time restrictions.
Note: Snow routes may apply during the winter.

There is also a lovely West-facing shared backyard that youâre welcome to enjoy.
