This property has two spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a large pool and backyard! It is situated in a quickly developing yet quiet, affluent neighborhood centrally located just 10 minutes away from UCF University, many restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions! The space
You will have access to the entire property, which has a large master bedroom along with two other bedrooms, three beds total. There are several living spaces, including the living room, the dining room, another separate room, which has some fitness equipment, plenty of places to lounge as there is several couches/sofas, a workspace room where youâre able to work from a desk, a fully equipped kitchen where youâre able to make any meal and a magnificent pool of which thereâs plenty of space and chairs to lounge around in the backyard. You also get complementary free parking and Wi-Fi.

The entire space described above with the exception of one room in the house that is used for additional storage.
