Relax in our stylish living room, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. It features a plush beige sofa, a modern armchair, a sleek partition, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. Wooden accents and an open layout enhance the serene atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind.

OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN & DINING
The well-appointed kitchen boasts sleek countertops, a breakfast bar, classic cabinetry, and a cozy single sofa. You'll find all essential appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stove, plus small appliances like a blender, electric mixer, and toaster. It's fully stocked with cookware for your culinary needs.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a modern wood and tropical-inspired table that comfortably seats six. A dedicated table and chair also offer a convenient workspace for remote work or study.
This area offers direct access to the spacious lanai and screened-in pool.

BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom is designed with a modern and cozy aesthetic featuring a queen-size bed ,cozy loveseat, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, mirror, ample storage, and large arc-shaped window bringing in natural light.

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a closet, drawer, side table, a mirror and a lamp.

The third bedroom is designed for restful nights and peaceful mornings, featuring a king-sized bed, a dresser, a closet, a bedside table, and a lamp.

BATHROOM
The bathroom features a tub-shower combination, a vanity sink with mirror, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The second bathroom includes a stand-up shower with a glass partition, a toilet bowl, a vanity sink with a mirror, and a hair dryer.

OUTDOOR
Unwind in a beautifully designed outdoor patio, complete with cozy wicker seating with cushions, a hanging egg chair, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a spacious wooden dining table with woven chairs comfortably seating up to 8 guests. A BBQ grill adds the perfect touch for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

Your view from the patio is a large, screened in sparkling pool, a beautifully lush landscaped backyard and a serene lake—offering the ultimate setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

Our property also has a washer and dryer located in the laundry room- free of charge, 2 parking spaces in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings.
They will access the garage sometimes and only from the outside door. We will
notify you.
• Please do not park your vehicle inside the garage.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence)the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
