Natural gas grill awaits you for those who love to BBQ.Natural gas stove/oven with double ovens & convection/microwave oven. Work station sink in kitchen with glass washing device for ease of washing/rinsing glasses. Quartz countertops, garbage disposal, coffee pot with pods, BBQ utensil set and all the amenities needed to prepare dinner.The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and a small subdivision. Old Hickory Lake is a five minute drive. Sams Grill is a five minute drive and they’re seating on the lake for relaxing dinner. The third bedroom is set up as man cave /game room with dartboard, arcade style Pac-Man & Galaga video games. Along with two seater reclining couch with console storage. You can enjoy all your sports games with a smart TV 55 inches With the feeling of being in the stands. The house is centrally located to interstate 65 and interstate 40.Downtown is a 25 minute drive Downtown is a 25 minute drive and multiple.
Multiple medical centers and hospitals are within 10 to 30 minute drive. Beautiful Parks are in the neighborhood and the Greenway path is a seven minute drive to bike or a walk along the Stones River. Lots of shopping 10 minute drive. Grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive. Lots of restaurants in old Hickory, Hermitage, Hermitage, Mount Juliet, Donelson and downtown Nashville.BNA airport is a 15 to 20 minute drive.
