Excellent and spacious property close to the airport and shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our group of 8 friends who came for a fitness retreat and hiking in Tahoe. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking!

We had a group of 12 coming in for several days, and the place was perfect for what we needed! The check in was smooth, and Marissa was accomodating and responded quickly to our requests. The hot tub was a definite bonus for us, and was used several times during our stay. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group!

Came here with a bachelor party group of 10 total. There was plenty of sleeping room for all of us. House was well maintained while kept. Close to a lot of bars, restaurants, and other amenities that Reno offer. The bonus room downstairs with the poker table and darts is a huge plus. 10/10 will defiantly stay here again.

The house was great! Lots of space for us to spread out, good linens and well supplied. Coffee was well stocked too- nice! When we arrived, we had not gotten the code yet, but that was a glitch in the system and the host was easily contacted and super responsive.Would highly recommend for a place in Reno. Thanks!

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

Gillade inte: Kommunikation
The house is spacious with good amenities (hot tub, sauna) and the location is convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the host communicated clearly before and during the stay.Unfortunately, the experience turned very negative immediately after checkout. Just hours after we left, the host started sending messages and photos claiming various damages (pulling on items, heat marks on the table, cracked fridge drawer, etc.) and quickly requested 2,000 through VRBO.We had noticed pre-existing issues upon arrival (loose drawer handles and general wear), and during the stay a window screen fell off by itself and scratched our car. We were extremely careful – we stayed mostly indoors due to constant rain, never placed hot items directly on the table, and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. The entire drive home (and days after) was spent dealing with these accusations and the dispute, completely ruining any relaxing vacation feeling. It’s very stressful to be hit with such a large claim with no opportunity to respond in person or verify the issues together.Overall, this post-stay experience made the trip feel not worth it.

Hello, pretty shocked with two stars. We let half of your group park at our other property because you guys had over 6 vehicles and were parked in neighbors yards. We brought over trash bags to help with burning man trash free of charge. Water was being ran for days on end from a power washer you had running down the alley (our bill was $200 more than usual). We walked you through turning off our sprinkler system because you needed the grass to sort your things. Lastly we rescheduled pest control because you guys didn’t want spider spray sprayed outside durning your stay. House keeper spent two days cleaning playa dust and we only charged you $100 (which you never paid) baskets were taken, cutting boards missing the list goes on and on again not paid for. Members of your group texted and thanked me for all the help and referrals…..
