Vi är mycket glada över att kunna erbjuda våra återvändande och våra nya gäster vårt Maui-hem, som innehåller fullständiga ombyggnader till köket och båda baden.

Inte bild: Vi har ersatt alla våra bullriga ineffektiva A / C-enheter i fönsterboxen med ett tyst och effektivt A / C-system i hela lägenheten. Varje rum har sin egen separata termostat. (Observera att våningssängen har en väggmonterad fläkt).

En av våra gäster observerade att bilderna på denna plats inte ligger nära hur vackert det är. Detta är en bra lägenhet. Vi har haft det grundligt och allt som Maui har att ge. Tack för att du delar med dig. Allt var bättre än hemma! '

Det finns bara en handfull av dessa 1400 kvadratmeter 3 bdrm 2 badrumshörn på andra våningen i hela orten och mycket få finns att hyra. Denna elegant inredda enhet erbjuder panoramautsikt över hela havet från den rymliga Lanai. Enheten ligger på andra våningen i en tvåvåningshus med en privat hörnsplats. Inga andra enheter är synliga från den här platsen.

Den eleganta tropiska inredningen erbjuder en avslappnad miljö för en familjesemester eller speciell bortflykt. Den moderna planlösningen erbjuder en master svit (king size-säng), ett gäst sovrum (två enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en kung), ett tredje sovrum (dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar) och en nautisk stil ' våningssängrum med två våningssängar, samt ett fullt utrustat kök. Vi har gratis höghastighetsinternet.

Ulua- och Wailea-stränderna ligger vardera under en mil bort och en mycket hanterbar promenad. Om du har mycket utrustning att ta med dig till stranden, har både Ulua och Wailea stränder allmän parkering (Ulua Beach har gott om parkering medan Wailea Beach är mer begränsad). Ulua har utsetts till en av de 10 bästa vackra stränderna i Amerika; och Wailea Beach, som frontar både Grand Wailea och Four Seasons Resorts har utsetts till en av de 10 bästa stränderna på Hawaii.

Ännu närmare vår plats är Shops at Wailea mindre än en mil mil bort och erbjuder fantastiska restauranger och shopping.

Vårt lägenhet ligger nära Wailea Tennis Club och Waileas världsberömda golfbanor Blue, Emerald och Gold. För en semester du inte snart kommer att glömma, kom till vår lyxvilla i Wailea, du kommer inte bli besviken!

Beautiful location.

This is a fabulous condo. Everything we needed was in the condo. There were sufficient bedrooms for our family, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, lots of plates, glasses etc etc. The lanai looks onto the ocean and coming from a land locked province this was incredibly enjoyable. There was an issue with the A/C hence the 4 stars. The owner communicated the problem to us about a week or so before we arrived which was appreciated. However it was too late to book anywhere else and he kindly offered us a full refund. Nonetheless we arrived and were able to be comfortable. David is a very good communicator. I would have loved a comfy outdoor couch on the lanai but that just a minor observation. I would recommend this property.It is perfect for families and just across from the pool and BBQs. Should we return to Maui I’d like to stay there again.

Family getaway with adult children

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo! It was sparkling clean, everything we needed for a day at the beach was available for our use, the kitchen was well equipped for making meals and the furniture/beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect for our first ever family trip to Hawaii. We are so grateful.

Great vacation

Our stay here was great! The area was nice and quiet, and the ocean view was nice. It’s bigger than a lot of similar places we considered, which is good when you have teenagers. The bunk room is probably perfect for families with small kids, but my teenagers just ended up sharing the room with the twin beds. It got a little warm in the bunk room. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo and location

Our family, daughter and son in law, their two children and us grandparents stayed at this Grand Champions condo. We've been to Grand Champions before but not to this unit. The location and community can't be beat! The condo was clean and quite comfortable. The reason for the 4 stars was there were very tiny and in the kitchen intermittently, the condo could use some general updating and the owner forgot to send the check in instructions. So after a long travel day with two small children in tow, we didn't have complete address or an access code. It took quite a while to reach him and finally get the info we needed. Then it was smooth sailing. Don't hesitate to stay here. It was wonderful!

Living the dream

Great condo for our family of 5 adults, close to great beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed watching whales from our Lanai and got to view some pickleball matches as well. Great location and nice unit but we had some issues

This unit is in an ideal location with an incredible ocean view. We enjoyed the sunset each evening on the lanai overlooking the racquet club. This unit was also (by far!) the best stocked rental we’ve ever had on Maui. There was a great selection of nice microfiber towels, beach chairs, sand toys and several sizes of paddle boards. The kitchen also had all the essentials- oil, sugar, spices, soy sauce etc to make cooking a breeze. However, there were issues with the A/C while we were there and we couldn’t have it on in the bedrooms and in the living area at the same time. We were also asked to keep it at 78 degrees or above during our stay. Each room had a ceiling fan which was nice but sometimes you just need air conditioning. Thu “bunk” room is cute and nicely done but from the description I didn’t understand the layout of the unit until I saw it. The first bedroom with the twin beds is right inside the front door. The door to that room is made of rice paper and there’s no way of eliminating the sound or light from the living area to that bedroom. The bunk room (I believe) was formerly a small closet which connects this first bedroom to the primary bathroom and primary bedroom.The door between the bunk room and the primary bathroom/bedroom is also rice paper so the sound/light easily travels there too. Due to the sound issues, everyone went to bed when the kids went to bed. We also had issues with the smartTV in the living area so we didn’t use it.

The view is amazing

We stayed here 11 nights for our family vacation. The Wailea location is amazing! You can walk to restaurants and shopping, it’s also a short drive from the local beaches. The condo has all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen with all the necessities. Most of all, we loved the view- beautiful sunsets! Thank you for a great stay!

Spring break 2015

Excellent and fun. Comfortable beds, great location, beautiful views and wonderful birds nearby. The grounds are excellent with 2 pools close by. We had 5 adults and it was perfect. Walking distance to the resorts and shops.

Fabulous

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely apartment with loads of room for myself and 3 adult children. Great kitchen, very well kitted with everything you would need incl. proper kitchen knives which was brilliant (and unusual!!). Super location too and walkable to restaurants and beaches. Can absolutely recommend!

Beautiful condo in Wailea area

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. It's conveniently located close to beautiful beaches, the Shops at Wailea, and activities. The condo matched the online description and was well furnished. The lanai is large with a beautiful view of the ocean. The grounds are well kept and the owner was very responsive with question. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the a variety of beaches - especially Ulua Beach, which is perfect for snorkling. Highly recommend this rental.

A well appointed condo to spread out in

Tara and David’s Wailea condo was the perfect Maui home base for our multigenerational family vacation. The condo itself is large, tastefully decorated and has all the little details that make for a great trip in Hawaii, like beach towels, coolers and beach chairs (really game changing for beach hopping.) The condo is comfy and feels like home. There was lots of space to spread out in. Beds were super comfortable. It’s the perfect location on the amazing property - close to pool, sweeping views of the ocean, spacious wraparound lanai. Thank you for being part of our amazing Maui vacation. We hope to be back!

Beautiful vacation rental in Wailea

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo is spacious, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It was so nice to have everything we needed for beach outings on hand (chairs, umbrella, lots of towels, even sand toys for our kids). And as it was quite hot when we were there, we did appreciate the air conditioning. The view was also fantastic! We took tennis lessons at the tennis club which is next door. And Ullua Beach was perfect for our children as the water was calm and also great for adults to snorkel. We would love to return some day!

Amazing condo, host and unbeatable views!

Our stay was exceptional! The views, especially of the ocean and sunsets, were spectacular. The location was perfect for our family, right across from the pool, and the spacious condo had everything we needed. Our evenings were filled with fun, playing games like Monopoly and Uno around the large dining table. The kids loved their bunk bed room! All rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The main living area was great for dinners, visiting and playing games. Hosts David and Tara were kind and responsive, quickly fixing a minor issue with the shower drain and check-in and check-out was simple and seamless. We can’t wait to return for another memorable stay!

Gorgeous sunsets and roomy condo in upscale Wailea

The location of this condo is at a higher point of the division, and nestled amongst lush trees (overlooking the tennis and pickle ball courts), providing more privacy and a gorgeous ocean view. Sunsets on the lanai made dinner reservations much less appealing! We cooked many of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked, even toilettries were available in the showers, making it much easier to settle in. The surroundings in Wailea are unmatched, paired with the wonderful condo and responsive managers - it was perfect!

Even Better Than Advertised!

What a lovely home, with perfect Hawaiian charm! The house was SO clean, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of room for us. The accommodations are even nicer than pictured, particularly the little bunk room. It is a small space, but it not only opens up through the ship door into the double twin room, but also opens into the shared bathroom with the master on the other side making it feel more spacious and open to the other bedroom spaces. We found several beach chairs, beach toys, floaties, coolers etc. You will find everything you need for beach days. And we loved sitting on the lanai watching the pickle ball tournaments below us. We'd come back in a heartbeat! For your planning purposes, we had two adults, four teens and one eight year old staying with us, all very comfortably.

Wonderful place!

David and Tara's place was perfect for our family of 5. This is a beautiful second floor unit with a huge lanai. It was great to wake up in the morning and have our coffee and papaya on the lanai and enjoy the view. The central air units and ceiling fans made it very comfortable and the high ceilings added to the spaciousness of the condo. The place was comfortably and tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed. David was extremely responsive with his communications which was very nice. This was our first time staying in Wailea (we've staying in Kihei before) and found it to be very pleasant, close to the shops, and to the beach walk. We would love to stay here again!
