Beläget på Monomoscoy Island med fantastiska solnedgångar, lugn och fridfull inställning och användning av brygga och strand.

Våra 3 sovrum, 2 bad Cape Cod på Monomoscoy Island, med gott om bakdäck, njut av vattnet i framsidan och användning av privat familjestrand, perfekt för familjer. Åtgärder för att simma, båt och fiske.

HUSET

Öppet koncept Vårt Cape Cod hem är en idealisk plats för familjen. Koppla av medan du tittar på båtar passera när solen sätter in eller titta på en film på plattskärms-TV.

Spela ett brädspel eller njut av en familjemiddag vid bordet i matsalen. Allt du behöver för att förbereda hela gruppens måltider finns i köket, komplett med en stor köksö perfekt för underhållande.

Vårt hus har 3 sovrum. På första våningen finns ett sovrum med en king size-säng och en utdragbar soffa.

Du hittar 2 ytterligare sovrum på övervåningen. Den första, med en tvilling över dubbelsäng våningssäng med helt nya sängar är det en idealisk plats för barn och tonåringar, medan befälhavaren har en king size-säng och utsikt över vattnet.

Vårt hus har också massor av utomhusutrymme inklusive ett omslag runt däck.

Monomoscoy Island ligger bara en 11-minuters bilresa till South Cape Beach och handlar på The Mashper Commons.

Städerna Mashpee och East Falmouth har massor av familjevänliga restauranger och underhållningsalternativ, inklusive Mashpee Commons, New Seabury och Barnmuseet.

Great place for families!

This property is set up right. Seating everywhere for adults to watch kids on the small beach. 2 moms and 4 kids 8/10 year olds. So pleasant, highly suggest!

Recharge Batteries by Lake at Cape Cod

Had a great stay with the family by the Lake at Cape Cod. Great location by waterfront with private beach to launch owners canoes & paddle boards. Had well stocked kitchen, bbq, fire bowl, large living room, garden space. Lots to do around . Improvements: air con in rooms noisey, and bunk beds not so comfortable for teens.

Fun family vacation by the water!

We stayed here with two young kids and four adults. The property was clean and safe and there was plenty of space. The little beach was very nice for the kids to visit with clean sand and clear water. Going into Mashpee Commons was an easy drive. The desk furniture was really nice too and there were lots of spaces to eat. The listing was accurate and the host was very responsive and made the check in/out process stress free. The only thing we would change would be having more pantry space available for food but we just kept things on the counter and it was no big deal. We used the grill onsite to cook dinner multiple nights and it was so nice to have that option too!

Relaxing

My friends and I stayed for a couple nights in April. It was incredibly relaxing to be on the water. Beautiful view. The house was clean and the perfect amount of space for 5 of us. I will be renting again in the future!

Perfect location-quiet week

Jim (Jimmy) was available all the time to talk about any issues (there were only minor ones here or there--it was a very humid week!). During the Covid summer, we wanted our own swimming spot and quietness. This house on a dead end street was perfect. The sun fills the house morning, afternoon, early evening. We used the deck, the lawn, the water every day. We didn't need to be "on" a Cape beach/the ocean, so this was ideal for us. There are ample different places to sit at different times during the day to read a book, have a drink, or eat dinner with friends, which is the sign of a good rental. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for water activities and relaxation

House was clean and well equipped. Access to kayaks and paddle boards a big plus. Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Situated on beautiful Hamblin Pond. Very peaceful week.

Everything about this house is wonderful!

The location is pretty ideal - on the water with a dock (we rented SUPs from Mocean and had a blast), close to the beaches and shopping. Oh, and the ample yard is great for games and general goofing around. The house itself was also great. We were 2 adults and 4 teenagers and there was more than enough room in the spacious rooms (with clean and comfortable linens). The kitchen was surprisingly (for a rental) well stocked with appliances and gadgets. The living spaces were amazing and very much appreciated on the 1.5 rainy days in our week. We rent on Monomoscoy every summer (this year our regular rental wasn’t available because we changed weeks) and this is the best place to stay.

Clean and spacious house right on the water

The Monomoscoy Island inlet is calm and panoramic. Jim was super helpful and we had a blast spending the week at his well appointed home literally steps away from the water.

Very clean and close to the water!

We enjoyed our stay, although it was only 3 nights. Home was very comfortable with all of the aminities we needed. Kitchen had all of the tools to make a gormet meal. The view is amazing, we defiantly want to come back in the summer and enjoy the bay (only a few steps away from the rear of the home)!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This house was ideal for the six of us--four adults and two young children. It is in a beautiful area and right on the water with an available beach and dock. The indoor living area is spacious, and the outdoor wrap-around deck has two separate eating areas, as well as a lounging space. Kitchen is well-equipped, and the owner also provides beach chairs and toys. A large downstairs bedroom with a bath and sitting area is a great space for a second couple. Owner was readily available and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. We had a fabulous time and hope to return again next year!
