This newly renovated basement apartment (ADU) 2-bedroom, 1-bath, offers the perfect blend of history, charm, and modern convenience. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood just blocks from downtown, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway or a home base while exploring old town Oregon City or the Portland metro area.
Perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers, this cozy and quiet space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay—including a Full kitchen, 3 Smart TV’s, and reliable WiFi. Please note: This is a basement unit with lower-than-average ceilings (approximately 6'4" in most areas and 6’1” in the lower areas)—taller guests, take note!
Access is down the steps on the side of the home and through the backyard to the separate entry point.

– 1 Full Bed
- 1 Full Bathroom stocked with towels, soaps, and basic toiletries
- Full Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and Keurig machine

- Smart TV with streaming access (1 in Main room and 1 in each bedroom)
- Shared backyard space
Guest Access:
- Entire basement apartment (private entry through backyard)
