This newly operating villa is completely private for you to enjoy and relax in with your family or friends. Villa Pethak is conveniently located near the main road that leads to plenty of bars and restaurants which are all within walking distance. Our place is perfect for those who take pleasure in beaches as well as nightlife.

Villa Pethak provides a free carport that can fit up to 2 cars which is right by our entrance. We also have a private pool that guests can enjoy at any hour. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and kitchen tools are all free to use. All of our bedrooms are en-suite, meaning that each bedroom has its own bathroom.

We provide 3 king beds, and 2 single beds. If you are interested in booking for 9 people, we do have an extra bed that can be placed on the floor with complete bedding. The couch is also an option (sofa-bed)!

A pool fence/barrier is also available and can be installed upon request.

▶︎ We are strict about our implemented quiet hour which starts at 10 PM and ends at 6 AM, to respect our neighbors.

▶︎ Despite our free gardening & housekeeping service, guests are highly encouraged to maintain the villa's cleanliness by putting any trash in the bin. This kind gesture would be greatly appreciated by us!
