Amazing!

Everything was perfect about this property! From check in to check out everything was great. Communication with property owner was perfect. The property itself was everything we could have asked for. Great location from boat ramp and perfect dock for tying up our boat. There was ample room for our toddler to run when we weren't in the water. The walk from the house to lake was short and was a visible safe path. The tractor with a trailer to help get stuff to the lake was the perfect addition. The house was perfect. Great vacation spot and will definitely vacation here again!

For personal recreation I grew up water skiing, fishing, and boating on this lake. I also enjoyed whitewater kayaking on many rivers mostly on the easy coast.

I have a diverse occupation background, however my favorite times was offering Whitewater Rafting, Kayaking, and a shuttle to several ski resorts.

I have worked with groups of 2 to 100+ to offer personalized activities. I really enjoy seeing people experience something new for their enjoyment.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

My parents decided to retire on Buggs Island Lake and I helped them pick this lot to build on. It borders 10 acres of federal property on 3 sides adding privacy, quiet, wildlife, and walking trails to the waterfront/lake experience.

This area has a sandy bottom that gradually slopes to water deep enough to swim in and then deep enough to boat in. When looking at lots we found that not all areas of the lake have these qualities.

My parents lived out their lives here sharing their home with family and friends.

In addition to the previous features I wrote about, the house sits on a 2.5 acre waterfront lot. This gives you privacy, ample parking, and room to play outdoors.

The house offers privacy and quiet too. All the interior walls are insulated for sound.
The layout of the house is comfortable and casual. There is room to sit alone to read and room⁰ to bring your group together to eat or visit.

High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is new to many areas around the lake. This addition has been a game changer at our location over past DSL and cell service. With the new service and a wifi extender, we now have clear cell service and fast/clear wifi inside and out!
