Other things to note
*Our Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 12 PM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability at an additional cost.
*Smoking is prohibited and Pets not allowed.
*A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss or damage of an access or parking card.
* There is ongoing construction near the property.

* Guests need to observe the rules of community and local laws, not cause any disturbance to neighbours and refrain from using loud machines or play loud music specially during unsociable hours.

* Primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pay a refundable deposit after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount will vary based on the length and cost of the stay. Deposit refunds will be issued within 7 business days of check-out, following a thorough inspection of the unit.

*For building registration purposes, we require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

*We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 1000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.

*Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

*If you wish to request a late checkout or early checkin, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.

*Before checkout, guests are required to throw away all trash and place used towels in the bathroom.
