First time traveling to puerto rico and the experience was amazing. The house is beautiful! It had everything we needed. The host was incredibly nice making us feel like we’re at home. Communication with the host was excellent. We definitely will stay in this gorgeous house again! 10/10

The house and host was amazing. We had a pipe bust in the laundry room at 10pm the night we arrived and the host was there within the hour to fix it and clean everything up! They went above and beyond and we would for sure stay there again!!!

Once we opened the door I was so excited! The house interior was gorgeous and the host was so friendly and available! Kitchens and bathrooms were stocked and there were plenty of towels for when we used the pool. Working laundry and really enjoyed the play room which had darts, pool and cornhole. Would definitely stay again

The house is beautiful, like the pictures, but one room had ants, and the location is bad. The Uber drivers could not believe the VRBO rental existed in that neighborhood. If you drive, please know that the hills are very steep and that there are small roadways in the neighborhood. Non-working cars park in front of the house.

Agradecemos que haya reconocido que nuestra casa es hermosa y que corresponde a las fotografías publicadas. Respecto a las hormigas, después de la salida del huésped, durante la inspección del alojamiento, encontramos restos de dulces y alimentos en el piso de una de las habitaciones, lo que podría haber contribuido a atraer hormigas. De haber sido informados durante la estadía, habríamos tomado las medidas necesarias de inmediato. En cuanto a la ubicación, esta se muestra claramente en nuestro anuncio para que los huéspedes puedan conocer el área antes de reservar. Las calles empinadas y estrechas son características del vecindario y los vehículos estacionados en la vía pública no pertenecen a nuestra propiedad ni están bajo nuestro control. Asimismo, los comentarios de conductores de Uber son opiniones personales de terceros y no representan la calidad de nuestro alojamiento. Nuestro compromiso es ofrecer un alojamiento limpio, cómodo y fiel a las fotografías y descripción publicadas.

A Hidden Gem Among the Locals - Highly RecommendedIf you are looking for a beautiful, modern property that offers all the bells and whistles while giving you an authentic local Puerto Rican experience, look no further.The house itself is stunning. Every room is generously sized, providing our group of seven plenty of comfortable sleeping space without anyone feeling cramped. The converted garage is a fantastic bonus, complete with a pool table and card table that kept our group entertained during downtime.The outdoor space is where this property truly shines. The pool is absolutely wonderful, featuring a jacuzzi, beautiful waterfall accents, and ambient night lighting that makes evening swims a memorable experience.The property is nestled in a local residential neighborhood rather than a tourist corridor, which we genuinely appreciated. The area may not have the polished look of a resort community, but we felt completely safe throughout our stay. It is an honest, welcoming environment. One small note - finding the property can be a bit tricky, but Uber was able to locate us, so that is a reliable option.The hosts were outstanding, responsive and attentive, they also have family nearby should any issue arise, which provided real peace of mind.A Walmart-anchored shopping center is just 7 to 10 minutes away, making stocking up on groceries and supplies a breeze. We would absolutely return.

Wonderful

As pictured. Gorgeous home. Excellent communication with managers of property. Friendly folks. Master bath is fully open to master bedroom so no privacy for the toilet. But house if clean and well kept. A little difficult to find… GPS sent us on a few extra turns. Would have loved a wine opener, some wine glasses and beverage glasses. Gorgeous kitchen! Thank you for having us and we will surely be back!!

Hubo varios inconvenientes después de su salida. Varias sábanas y toallas fueron dañadas y tuvieron que ser reemplazadas. Además, el equipo de Internet fue desconectado sin autorización, lo que provocó una interrupción del servicio. Debido a estos inconvenientes, no recomendaría a este huésped a otros anfitriones.
