âThe Spot,â hosted by Byers & Harvey is a thoughtfully designed three-story duplex that offers flexible options for any occasion. This listing incorporates two 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units and a lit rooftop terrace with skyline views, and another half-bath on the top floor. The ground level may be rented separately and is ideal for private and corporate events as an optional add-onâfantastic for group getaways, retreats, or special occasions. Any/all events require explicit written approval.

GUEST ACCESS:
We have a designated parking area directly in front the building and an overflow gravel lot located to the left as well. The left door behind the building is the primary access point, unless you are also renting the downstairs event space; in which case, you are welcome to use any exterior door. We have a system of smartlocks on all entryways, so there's no need to worry about losing keys during your stay! You will receive a custom door code within 72 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies that you can contact via phone, email, or direct messaging.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
âą By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and let us know if you have any questions.
